Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by LAMARG LLC, 1501 South Hwy Ste C 1415, Cheyenne, WY 82007, United States. By placing an order you accept these terms.
What we sell
Ready-made, non-prescription magnifying eyewear and related accessories. Our reading glasses are not prescription eyewear. They carry the same power in both lenses, are not made to your individual measurements, and do not correct astigmatism or a different prescription in each eye. They are intended for near and intermediate tasks and must not be worn for driving.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products do not treat, cure, prevent or slow presbyopia or any other eye condition, and they are not a substitute for a comprehensive eye examination. If you have sudden vision changes, eye pain or persistent headaches, see an eye care professional.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in the currency of your region and exclude any import duties your country may charge. We may correct pricing or description errors and may refuse or cancel any order, refunding you in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we dispatch.
Shipping and returns
Governed by our shipping policy and returns policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by or licensed to LAMARG LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers in the UK, Australia and Canada keep all statutory rights, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law, which these terms do not affect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
