Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information OpticVisionPro, operated by LAMARG LLC, collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated 9 August 2026.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: device and browser type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- When you contact us: whatever you put in the message.
Why we use it
To take and fulfil your order, handle returns and support, prevent fraud, comply with tax and accounting law, and — where you have not opted out — measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
Only parties that need it to do their job: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, and analytics and advertising providers including Google. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and analytics
We use Google services including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and manage ad personalisation at My Ad Center.
Your rights
US residents, including in California, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia, may request access to the personal information we hold, request its deletion or correction, and opt out of targeted advertising and of any sharing treated as a sale. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
UK residents have rights under UK GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Canadian residents have rights under PIPEDA and may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Australian residents have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 and may complain to the OAIC.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Children
This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes are notified by email to subscribers.
